We believe everyone can go from the couch to 5K (and beyond!) with a smile on their face and a high-five waiting at the finish line. Whether you're overweight, haven't worked out in years, or think a "jog" is a type of dessert, we're here for you! No fancy gear or marathon experience needed—just bring yourself and a willingness to have fun while getting fit!
Founded in May 2024, we’ve grown into a community of over 1000 new runners that’s now spreading across the Southern Suburbs, Northern Suburbs, Atlantic Seaboard, and beyond.
Our Mission? To make running less “oh no!” and more “heck yes!” We’re here to prove that running doesn’t have to be intimidating, and you don’t have to be a fitness fanatic to join in.
We’re all about taking it slow and steady, one step (or jog or shuffle) at a time. Whether you’re walking, running intervals, or slowly mastering your pace, we’ll guide you from zero fitness to running your first 5K—no sweat (well, maybe a little sweat).
And the best part? You’ll do it with a crew who’s there to cheer you on every step of the way! Running isn't a solo sport here; it’s all about the squad.

We’re spreading the love across South Africa! From the Southern Suburbs to the Northern Suburbs, the Atlantic Seaboard, Deep South, and Cape Winelands, we’ve got you covered!
Wherever you are, you’ll find a supportive, high-energy group of people who are ready to cheer you on every step of the way.
Each of our locations has a dedicated coach who will be with you throughout the program, ensuring you get the best advice, the right motivation, and a good laugh along the way.

Our Programmes
Our goal is to make running feel less like a chore and more like a fun adventure. Running shouldn’t scare you—it's about finding your pace and having a laugh while doing it.
That’s why every program comes with a super-friendly coach who’s not just shouting from the sidelines (hello, motivation), but actually running right there with you! They’re there to cheer you on, offer advice, and probably crack a few jokes to keep things light.
By the end of the program, you’ll be crossing that 5K finish line like a total rockstar—no matter where you’re starting from.

No Pressure to be Fast at all
No specific pace is required to join us. Our groups generally run at an 8:30 to 10:00 min/km pace, focusing on building your confidence first—speed will come with time.
We Start Slow & Build up Gradually
Your first run with us starts with intervals: 30 seconds of running & 1 minute of walking. You'll gradually build up & by the end of the program, you'll be running a full 5km.
We Support you in & out of the Program
Our coaches are always here for you. Need advice on new shoes? We’ve got you covered. Missed a session? We’ll send it over so you can catch up on your own. We’re in this together.
Each Program is led by a Dedicated Coach
Our coaches run alongside you and the group, ensuring your form is right, your breathing is on point, and offering guidance every step of the way with unwavering support.
